The whole family likes it
In our family everyone drinks the Rose Fohow elixir — pleasant taste, easy to take. It has become part of the morning ritual.
A prebiotic with the taste of rose: plant oligosaccharides that are not broken down in the upper digestive tract and reach the intestine, where beneficial bacteria multiply on them 10–100 times faster. A spoon a day, 120 g tube.
70–80 % of immune cells live in the gut — that is the sentence the official description opens with. Rose flower extract, fructo-oligosaccharides and xylo-oligosaccharides: the former are not absorbed by the body and therefore do not raise sugar, the latter are a “super-prebiotic” for bifido- and lactobacteria. Pleasant taste, can go into tea, water or porridge.

Who they suit
The logic is simple and physiological: gut microflora is immunity, and it is the beneficial bacteria that need feeding, not the pathogenic ones. The oligosaccharides in the paste are not digested in the stomach and small intestine and reach the large intestine, where bifido- and lactobacteria feed on them; per the description, beneficial bacteria multiply 10–100 times faster and the growth of harmful ones is suppressed.
Six functions from the official description: normalises digestion; gently regulates stool — both constipation and diarrhoea; improves mineral absorption and vitamin synthesis; strengthens immunity; helps control weight; removes toxins and gives a cosmetic effect. Fructo-oligosaccharide is not absorbed by the body — so the paste suits those who control sugar. Rose oil from the flowers — taste, aroma and antioxidants (vitamins C, E, polyphenols).

Rose Fohow contains oligosaccharides obtained by extraction from natural plants; they are not broken down in the upper digestive tract, so beneficial bacteria multiply 10–100 times faster and suppress the growth of harmful ones. Normalises digestion, regulates stool, improves mineral absorption and vitamin synthesis, strengthens immunity.
A dietary supplement, not a medicine. Does not replace examination or prescribed treatment. Contraindication: individual intolerance of the components. In the first days increased gas is possible — the microflora is rebalancing.
